An analysis of Russian cyber tactics preceding their invasions of Georgia in 2008, Crimea in 2014, and Ukraine itself in 2022 regarding how they used information operations, malware, and targeted actions against government entities and infrastructure, and how their operations have become more sophisticated and numerous over time.
